What do I need at Registration before my first game?

The Head Coach or Team Manager should check in at the Site Director's Table at least 45-60 minutes before their first game.  You will need to turn in a copy of your Team Insurance listing Future Stars Tournaments as an additional insured (43 Limestone Lane Palmyra, PA 17078 if you need a physical address) & present copies of player's birth certificates and or official ID Cards.

Do we have to use Traveling Teams to book our Hotel Rooms?

Our tournaments are "Stay & Play" events. If you are traveling further than 90 miles from the tournament destination you must book through Traveling Teams for all Hershey & State College events.  The Hotel Tab on our Homepage provides options and reservation details.
